We provide a free but limited telephone call support for our regular clients.
Depending on the problem's nature, we endeavour to resolve it over the phone. If a quick fix is not possible, a site visit is necessary to achieve problem solution.

Maintenance Program
We provide a regular maintenance and support service for clients with such a need.
Usually clients request regular on-site visits for system support.
Maintenance agreements can be more cost-effective than hiring dedicated full-time IT support staff.
With a maintenance program, PBI Technology agrees to:

  • Provide on-site support on an agreed regular basis as determined by client.
  • Quarterly reviews to determine IT needs and service levels delivered.
  • Billing on time and materials at agreed invoice frequency.

Ensuring your network stays healthy

We are often asked to troubleshoot a poorly performing network.
Poor network performance is symptomatic of several causes, the most obvious being virus infection.
However, a network protocol investigation and analysis will pinpoint high traffic workstations and indicate unnecessary protocol use on the network.
An automated scan of a network will highlight security holes available because of poor network security practices.
